Wild Reflections Returns Policy
(Because even legends get the wrong size sometimes.)
At Wild Reflections, we design bold luxury streetwear for fearless kids. But if something isn’t the vibe? We’ve got you.
Here’s how returns work
🧵
If Something’s Faulty (Not to the Standard We Set)
If your item:
-
Arrives damaged
-
Has a manufacturing fault
-
Isn’t as described
-
Doesn’t do what it’s meant to....That’s on us.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to:
-
✅ A full refund within 30 days of receiving your order
-
✅ A repair or replacement after 30 days (if possible)
-
✅ A refund if we can’t repair or replace it
If a fault appears within 6 months, we’ll assume it was there when you received it — unless we can clearly show otherwise. Meaning we’ll sort it. Fast.

Changed Your Mind? (It Happens.)
If you purchased online, you have the legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
-
🗓 You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you’d like to return it.
-
📦 You then have another 14 days to send it back
Once we receive it, we’ll refund you within 14 days.

🧼
Return Condition (Keep It Fresh)
We’re bold — but we’re still particular.
Items must be:
-
Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Free from stains, scents, or playground battle scars
-
With original tags attached
-
In original packaging where possible
You’re absolutely allowed to try items on.
But if it comes back looking like it survived Sports Day, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value (as allowed under UK law).
