Returns & Refunds (The “It Didn’t Work Out” Policy)
We want you to love what you wear. But sometimes… it’s not you, it’s the Hoodie!
Here’s how returns work — nice and simple with zero drama.
🧵 If Your Item Is Faulty (Uh-Oh)
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, that’s on us.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to:
- ✅ A full refund within 30 days of receiving your item
- ✅ A repair or replacement after 30 days (if possible)
- ✅ A refund if we can’t repair or replace it
If the fault appears within 6 months, we’ll assume it was there when you got it (unless we can prove otherwise — but we’d rather just sort it quickly).
No awkward conversations. Just email us and we’ll fix it.

👗 Changed Your Mind? (It Happens.)
Ordered the wrong size? Looked different in your head? Had a sudden personality shift?
If you bought online, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:
- 🗓 You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you’d like to return it.
- 📦 You then have another 14 days to send it back.
Once we receive it, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
We’ll refund:
- The full cost of the item
- The standard delivery charge (if the whole order is returned)
We don’t refund:
- Express or upgraded delivery costs (we love enthusiasm, but that part’s optional)
🧼 Condition of Returns (Be Kind to the Clothes)
Please return items:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With tags attached
- In original condition
You’re allowed to try things on (obviously).
But if something comes back looking like it survived a music festival, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Fair’s fair.
🩲 Items We Can’t Take Back (For Obvious Reasons)
If they’re faulty, that’s different — we’ll absolutely sort that.
💳 How Refunds Work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We’ll process it within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof you’ve sent it).
- It may take a few extra days for your bank to do its thing.
📮 Return Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect → we cover return postage.
- If you’ve changed your mind → return postage is your responsibility (unless we’re running a free returns promotion).
🧾 Proof of Purchase
We’ll need proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, receipt — something official).
Sadly, “I definitely bought it here once” isn’t legally binding.
🏷 Sale Items
Sale items have the same legal rights as full-price items.
A bargain is still protected by UK law.
